1. When you see a negative or political post, comment on the post with this:

2. Stop posting political or divisive content and post something uplifting, inspiring or funny.

3. If you need to vent, turn that energy into becoming an activist in your local community or go help someone in need.

4. Finally click on the Member tab and add your first name so we can keep track of our growing Force Membership.
